Community Sits at the Core of Transcard

We, at Transcard, encourage and nurture growth not only within the team, but also around it – by supporting local communities and investing in initiatives in and around Chattanooga.

ACCELUP

Entrepreneurs and Veterans

Transcard, through its community outreach division AccelUp, supports various initiatives. AccelUp focuses on helping entrepreneurs from underrepresented communities and has partnered with the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga for two specific programs:

COMMUNITY PROGRAM

Urban Visionary Initiative

Located at the Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation within the Gary W. Rollins College of Business, this initiative has been supported by Transcard since its inception in 2022. Transcard hosts an annual pitch competition at its headquarters, and the winner is invited to join AccelUp. So far, four entrepreneurs from this program have been supported.

COMMUNITY PROGRAM

Veterans Entrepreneurship Program

Part of the Gary W. Rollins College of Business, this program awards the "Veteran Venture Excellence Award" to one veteran per cohort since 2022. The winner is invited to join AccelUp and enjoy its perks and resources.

AccelUp currently supports entrepreneurs spanning from Aspen, Colorado to Charlotte, NC, although Chattanooga and Nashville, TN, are the main regional hubs.

Who We Are

Transcard delivers payment orchestration solutions for financial institutions and businesses worldwide. Their embedded payment portal includes features and functionalities for disbursements, receivables, vendor network management, cross-border payments, and supply chain financing.

Since their 2008 establishment in Chattanooga, Tennessee, Transcard has expanded rapidly and diversified across multiple sectors, and is currently growing their international presence and establishing their brand in the UK and European markets.
