My bank account has been impacted by fraud and I need new treasury services banking credentials. What should I do?


Firstly remove any bank accounts impacted by Fraud in SMART Enroll, (please see how to remove bank accounts in FAQs if you are unsure how to do this). Secondly, cancel any scheduled payments with the removed bank account(s)in question. To start making payments again, you will need to add a new bank account in SMART Enroll.

This will require new banking API credentials from your bank. We recommend that you get back in contact with your bank as soon as possible to avoid any delays.

Once you have you have your banking API credentials and you have successfully connected to the bank, a final Transcard compliance approval is required be before you can proceed with making any payments in SMART Hub.
