In SMART Enroll, verify your treasury services banking credentials have been entered correctly. You can do this in the 'Integration' tab by using the 3 dots to select 'View Details' by the side of the bank account in question. In the next screen select 'Edit' by the bank account. This will take you to the original bank integration screens with your original data visible. Verify it is accurate. If the problem persists, use email contact information on screen to request Transcard's assistance.
