If you are a SMART Enroll user, you will be able to see 'Connected' in the SMART Enroll configuration screen next to your ERP. If you are a SMART Hub user, you will be able to view your bills / invoices when the ERP is connected. Try looking for a recent bill / invoice and check it appears in SMART Hub. If you are still unsure if you have connected to your ERP, use email contact information on screen to request Transcard's assistance.
