My bank accounts are not showing their current balance in the SMART Hub - why?


This is a set-up issue and can be resolved by logging in to SMART Enroll, Integration tab and selecting the bank account(s) in question. Update the credentials so they are accurate and then select connect. Once Transcard have approved these changes in SMART Enroll, the balance will appear in SMART Hub. If the problem persists please use the contact information displayed on the screen to request assistance from Transcard.
